Solutions Architect (.NET/AI SDLC)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design system architecture and solutions supporting the AI SDLC process together with engineering teams
• ▹Build and evolve solutions using Generative AI tools and techniques to improve delivery, especially the software development process
• ▹Advise clients on cloud solution choices considering security, cost, performance and scalability
• ▹Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• ▹Advise on technology and architecture for AI solution design, considering cost, risk and business value
• ▹Factor AI capabilities into architecture design and technology decisions
• ▹Support the adoption of AI tools within the team and the delivery process
• ▹Act as Future Processing's technical expert and consultant in client interactions

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 6 years of experience in IT, including at least 1 year as a tech lead or solutions architect
• ▹Broad knowledge of .NET
• ▹Practical knowledge of AWS, including architecture design, service selection, cost and security aspects
• ▹Experience building software within an automated, AI-assisted SDLC covering development, testing and CI/CD
• ▹Commercial, hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code and popular MCP
• ▹Experience designing and implementing AI-based systems such as RAG, semantic search, AI workflows and single- or multi-agent systems
• ▹Very good knowledge of designing autonomous AI agents and systems capable of autonomous software engineering (agentic coding), including task orchestration, quality control, validation and decision-making within the SDLC
• ▹Knowledge of application and system architecture
• ▹Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value
• ▹Fluent communication with both technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• ▹English at C1 level
• ▹Willingness to travel for business trips and client delegations
