Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & GitOps)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, operate and improve production-grade Kubernetes platforms
• ▹Build and maintain Kubernetes workloads, Helm charts and Kustomize overlays
• ▹Implement and support GitOps workflows using Flux or Argo CD
• ▹Improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, secure application delivery
• ▹Partner with engineering teams to troubleshoot Kubernetes, networking, compute and storage issues
• ▹Build automation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring and incident response
• ▹Support cloud infrastructure operations across AWS, GCP or hybrid environments
• ▹Manage Kubernetes networking, ingress, service mesh, DNS, TLS, secrets and workload identity
• ▹Drive Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform, Pulumi or CloudFormation
• ▹Collaborate with security teams to improve container and supply-chain security
• ▹Mentor engineers on Kubernetes, DevOps and GitOps practices

Requirements

• ▹Strong hands-on Kubernetes production experience
• ▹Advanced Kubernetes knowledge: deployments, services, ingress, config maps, secrets, RBAC, network policies, probes, HPA, storage
• ▹Strong GitOps experience with Flux or Argo CD
• ▹Strong CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or CircleCI
• ▹Experience with Helm and/or Kustomize
• ▹Strong Linux systems and networking troubleshooting skills
• ▹Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS (EKS, IAM, VPC, Route 53, ALB/NLB, S3, RDS, CloudWatch)
• ▹Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform or similar tools
• ▹Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python or Go
• ▹Experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, New Relic
• ▹Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across application, infrastructure and networking layers
• ▹Strong written communication for runbooks and architecture documentation
