Delivery Manager (National Security)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the end-to-end delivery of customer projects, from initial scoping to final implementation
• ▹Collaborate with technical teams and government partners to design innovative AI solutions
• ▹Manage project development, ensuring maximum value for the national security community
• ▹Form strong, trusting relationships with customers, internal data scientists, and technical partners
• ▹Develop and execute compelling proposals to grow footprint and impact across the sector
• ▹Advise clients on AI strategy and technical implementation as a trusted partner
• ▹Mentor peers and take a proactive role in building robust processes and practices

Requirements

• ▹A solid foundation in the National Security domain, with genuine interest in how AI transforms high-stakes decision-making
• ▹Experience in consultancy or service-based delivery, managing complex project lifecycles
• ▹Full ownership of successful project delivery, from initial scoping to end-user adoption
• ▹Exceptional communication skills, managing senior stakeholders and translating complex concepts for non-technical audiences
• ▹Comfortable working with technical teams, with a proven track record of delivering technical, ideally AI, projects
• ▹A practical problem-solver, identifying risks and proactively implementing solutions
• ▹Due to the nature of the work, eligibility for UK Developed Vetting (DV) may be required, along with occasional on-site work with clients
