Responsibilities

• ▹Own the competency navigation algorithm behind the Learner-Competency-Mapper: design, implementation, and update dynamics
• ▹Encode the prerequisite structure of the domain and its priors so the model performs from a cold start and improves as learners flow through
• ▹Build pipelines that turn unstructured platform data into signal, including a constrained LLM-as-judge system
• ▹Build behavioural and at-risk profiling models for the Grader-Competency-Pulser as the platform scales

Requirements

• ▹Real depth in probabilistic/Bayesian modelling: designing models from domain structure, not just fitting them to data
• ▹Strong Python and the ability to ship production pipelines, not just notebooks
• ▹Evaluation design experience, or the judgment to build it fast
