Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js
• ▹Work with MongoDB and Redis for efficient data storage and caching
• ▹Build and manage containerized applications with Docker
• ▹Deploy and scale applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• ▹Collaborate with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product managers
• ▹Ensure system performance, security, and reliability
• ▹Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• ▹Leverage AI-powered development tools and coding assistants to improve productivity and code quality

Requirements

• ▹3–5 years of backend development experience
• ▹Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
• ▹Hands-on experience with MongoDB (modeling, indexing, performance optimization)
• ▹Experience with Redis for caching and message queues
• ▹Practical knowledge of Docker for containerization
• ▹Experience with GCP or other major cloud providers
• ▹Solid understanding of system design, REST APIs, and microservices
• ▹Practical experience with AI-powered coding tools and development agents, e.g. OpenAI Codex, Claude
• ▹Ability to effectively use AI models for code generation, refactoring, debugging, code review, and testing
• ▹Understanding of how to validate and improve AI-generated code to production quality

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Kubernetes or CI/CD pipelines
