Senior Product Manager (AUTO.RIA)

Responsibilities

• ▹Product Discovery: find the biggest growth opportunities, form product hypotheses, run the full Discovery cycle, integrate AI solutions where they create real value
• ▹Product Strategy: define quarterly product goals, build the roadmap, set priorities, align product and business goals
• ▹Product Delivery: own the full development cycle of epics, ensure quality product documentation, work with the development team, own product launches
• ▹Data & Business: build the metrics tree, work with the North Star metric, model the business impact of product decisions, build business cases, evaluate Unit Economics
• ▹Customer Experience: improve the customer journey, identify the biggest client barriers, launch solutions that create tangible value for clients and the business

Requirements

• ▹Client-centric thinking: systematically uncovers Jobs to Be Done, turning research, product analytics, market trends and customer behavior into a clear product direction
• ▹Opportunity-driven thinking: finds big product opportunities rather than individual features, works through the Opportunity Solution Tree, Product Discovery and experiments, thrives under uncertainty
• ▹Business thinking: understands Unit Economics, Product-Market Fit, North Star and the metrics tree, makes decisions based on both user value and business impact
• ▹Strategic thinking: decides what to build, what to stop, and where the team should invest in upcoming quarters
• ▹Systems thinking: builds Discovery standards, documentation standards, experimentation systems and decision-making systems
• ▹Data-driven thinking: can independently find answers in the data, ask analysts the right questions, and make decisions based on causal relationships
• ▹Engineering thinking: understands product architecture, balances business, UX, technical debt and delivery speed
• ▹Product ownership mindset: owns the product from Discovery to real business results
