Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build, and maintain resilient frontend and backend features using React and Node.js
• ▹Develop core products including donation checkouts, embeddable widgets, and donor/partner portals
• ▹Architect system components that scale across millions of monthly transactions
• ▹Write clean, well-documented, and thoroughly testable code
• ▹Drive architecture and technical design discussions
• ▹Mentor peers through code reviews
• ▹Partner with product managers and designers
• ▹Proactively identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks

Requirements

• ▹Experience with Node.js (Koa, NestJS), React, and TypeScript
• ▹Experience with MongoDB
• ▹Experience with Kafka and Redis (Bull) for high-throughput messaging
• ▹Experience with ClickHouse and Elasticsearch
• ▹Russian language proficiency, as the team works in Russian
