AI Product Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design the end-to-end experience for autonomous agents across the procurement workflow
• ▹Design the human review layer: what a reviewer sees, how much context they get, how fast they can approve, reject or correct an agent's action
• ▹Make the call together with the AI Engineer on where an agent should act autonomously versus pause for a human, designing the interface for both cases
• ▹Design for trust: make it clear to buyers, suppliers and internal reviewers what the agent did, why, and how to override it
• ▹Turn real procurement workflows into clear, structured flows that an agent and a human can both work within
• ▹Prototype fast, test with real users, and iterate working directly with commercial and operations teams
