Responsibilities

• ▹Drive the development, reliability, and scalability of backend systems and infrastructure
• ▹Define and model best practices, setting clear standards for behaviours and technical excellence
• ▹Influence the direction and success of the product and tech team through broad collaboration
• ▹Support the transition of unifying post-purchase and returns products into a single platform

Requirements

• ▹Already living in France with the legal right to work there without visa sponsorship (not provided for this role)
• ▹Experience with Ruby on Rails and Go for backend development
• ▹Experience with TypeScript, React, and Redux for frontend development
• ▹Experience with GCP-based hosting
• ▹Experience with monolithic infrastructure and transitioning to microservices
