Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Work with customers daily to understand and document business requirements
• ▹Design and build corresponding Pigment applications
• ▹Train and co-build with customers so they become self-sufficient in the solution
• ▹Participate in and/or lead UAT and deployment
• ▹Integrate source systems and migration solutions via connectors and APIs
• ▹Act as the link between customer stakeholders and the product team
• ▹Lead cross-functional projects to develop and improve methodology and processes

Requirements

• ▹Exceptionally skilled at building complex systems and explaining them to all stakeholders
• ▹Comfortable structuring and validating high volumes of unstructured data
• ▹A great learner across diverse customer domains and business use cases
• ▹Skilled at building trusted relationships with deep empathy and dedication
• ▹Strategic thinker comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• ▹Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and customer needs
• ▹Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
• ▹Fluent English and French or another European language is an advantage

Nice to have

• ▹MBA or other relevant advanced degree
