Responsibilities

• ▹Represent user needs and feedback in every design decision
• ▹Simplify intricate systems for clarity and ease of navigation
• ▹Design intuitive, visually refined interfaces: typography, layout, structure, states, motion, and micro-interactions
• ▹Own interaction models for designed flows: responses, transitions, error recovery, behavior under load
• ▹Evolve the design system: auditing components, defining patterns, contributing new elements, collaborating with engineering
• ▹Encourage design system adoption across teams
• ▹Enhance the team's collective understanding of design principles through active participation

Requirements

• ▹Expertise designing enterprise software: business users, admins, technical workflows, permissions, roles, dense data, long-lived tasks
• ▹Exceptional visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing typography, layout, color, and current UI trends
• ▹Maintaining design systems and component libraries in Figma: components, variants, tokens, documentation, versioning, adoption
• ▹Interaction design expertise: states, feedback, transitions, edge cases, empty/error/loading conditions
• ▹Attention to detail, linking content, terminology, and product alignment across technical domains
