Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and enhance new functionality for the platform
• ▹Design and implement scalable backend services
• ▹Participate in architecture and technical discussions
• ▹Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• ▹Collaborate with distributed teams across the project
• ▹For Team Lead, additionally: drive technical decisions and implementation strategy, mentor and support team members, ensure engineering best practices and code quality standards, participate in planning, estimation, and coordination activities, collaborate closely with stakeholders and other development teams

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of commercial experience in software development
• ▹Strong commercial experience with C#, .NET 8+ and modern development practices
• ▹Experience with Entity Framework
• ▹Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• ▹Experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Bus)
• ▹Experience developing RESTful APIs
• ▹Knowledge of unit testing and xUnit
• ▹Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
• ▹For Team Lead, additionally: experience leading or mentoring engineers, experience making technical decisions and driving implementation approaches, ability to coordinate development activities and support the team, experience taking ownership of technical solutions and delivery

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domains
• ▹Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Windsurf
