Responsibilities

• ▹Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, and Network Operations to successfully deliver strategic initiatives across the product portfolio
• ▹Analyze risks and develop contingency plans
• ▹Partner with engineering and product teams to prioritize work, manage program backlogs, and align execution with business priorities
• ▹Communicate program status and expectation changes to senior leaders
• ▹Maintain, prioritize, and evolve the roadmap of committed work to ensure successful execution against annual objectives

Requirements

• ▹Extensive experience in project and technical program management
• ▹Experience partnering with software engineering teams
• ▹Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet to plan, track, and report on program execution
• ▹Experience identifying and managing cross-team dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans, milestones, and delivery timelines
• ▹Ability to identify execution risks, analyze trade-offs, and communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and leadership
• ▹Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams
