Security Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Respond to platform and carrier issues in real time
• ▹Ensure the stability of a world-class DDoS attack mitigation platform, providing analysis and network troubleshooting for customers
• ▹Engage in mitigation techniques to prevent vector attacks
• ▹Analyze customer traffic, applications and systems to tailor security solutions and answer customer security needs
• ▹Communicate with customers regarding challenges and provide updates and results on mitigation and analysis
• ▹Provide support to customers to remedy and resolve network and connectivity issues

Requirements

• ▹Experience with internet technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS and web servers
• ▹Experience in a customer-facing role and an understanding of the consulting process
• ▹Proactivity and a sense of urgency, combined with a constant desire to learn
• ▹Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent collaboration and teamwork
• ▹Ability to communicate complex technical content in English, in writing, verbally and through presentations
• ▹Ability to work night shifts
