Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions is looking for a Network Operator to register and dispatch IT and network incidents, monitor network devices, and diagnose and resolve first-level network outages, working a 24/7 shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- ▹Register and dispatch IT and network incidents to the appropriate resolver teams
- ▹Diagnose and resolve first-level network outages using IT tools
- ▹Monitor network devices in an automated monitoring system
- ▹Proactive incident resolution, preventing predictable outages
- ▹Use a ticketing system, log incidents
- ▹Work in a 24/7 shift schedule
Requirements
- ▹Strong intermediate/advanced English
- ▹IT affinity: quickly learning new programs, working smoothly in complex systems
