Responsibilities

• ▹Build AI-powered product experiences that help users create, configure, evaluate and improve workflows across North
• ▹Design and ship new interfaces for interacting with models, including workflow builders, proactive assistants and review flows
• ▹Build eval, observability and feedback systems that measure whether AI experiences succeed in real enterprise workflows
• ▹Improve AI reliability through product design, prompting, context construction, tool-use strategies, instrumentation and feedback loops
• ▹Turn production failures, user feedback and real-task data into better product behavior, stronger eval suites and regression tests
• ▹Work closely with modelling, product, design, customer teams and domain experts to define what good means for specific workflows
