Senior Software Engineer (backend, Django) - NHI team

Responsibilities

• ▹Writes code on a day-to-day basis to make the product better
• ▹Owns the delivery of projects or features with the team, collaborating with the PM and other engineers on efficient, resilient implementations
• ▹Helps level up the engineering department by reviewing peers' code, mentoring junior developers, and pushing for code quality
• ▹Is involved in transverse engineering discussions, including reviewing designs affecting other teams and cross-team stack/tech decisions

Requirements

• ▹At least 5+ years of web software development experience, with strong Django knowledge (or another Python web framework like FastAPI or Flask)
• ▹Experience with web application development, task orchestration, distributed systems, and managing big data flows
• ▹Dynamic and proactive personality, always willing to help colleagues
• ▹Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and French
• ▹Technical environment: Python (Django), Rust, JavaScript (React), TypeScript, React Query, Jest, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Coralogix, Sentry, Grafana, ArgoCD, GitLab CI, Terraform, Kubernetes (Karpenter, Istio), AWS, OVH, RabbitMQ, Redis
