Cint's quality engineering team is hiring an experienced Staff SDET to design, build and maintain advanced test automation frameworks and raise the quality bar across the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

▹Design and develop scalable, reliable and maintainable test automation frameworks across multiple platforms (web, API, backend)
▹Act as the technical authority on testing methodologies, tools and best practices
▹Drive test code quality, structure and maintainability, including code reviews
▹Design advanced non-functional tests (performance, load) and integrate them into CI/CD
▹Partner with development and product teams to shift testing left in the lifecycle
▹Own and optimize integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
▹Debug and root-cause complex system failures
▹Mentor junior and mid-level SDETs and engineers
▹Create and maintain documentation for test strategies and frameworks
