IT Systems Technician – Active Directory

Responsibilities

• ▹Proactive maintenance of Active Directory (ADDS) environments
• ▹Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, respond to monitoring alerts
• ▹Handle incoming requests and participate in deployments
• ▹Contribute to lifecycle management and security-enhancing measures together with systems specialists
• ▹Streamline and automate working methods and systems
• ▹Act as subject-matter expert on assignments within the technology area

Requirements

• ▹Post-secondary IT education (e.g. computer/systems science) or equivalent experience
• ▹Several years of current experience operating, installing, configuring and troubleshooting Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) and related services (DNS, DFS, etc.) on Windows Server 2019 or later, on-prem
• ▹Broad understanding of IT infrastructure
• ▹Experience using PowerShell in daily operations
• ▹Good spoken and written Swedish and English
