Staff Software Engineer, EAA CX

Responsibilities

• ▹Own architecture and delivery of foundational platform capabilities including MCP tool registries and AI orchestration layers
• ▹Drive Control Center's evolution into an AI-agent-ready, headless operations platform
• ▹Lead technical direction across the team, authoring TDDs, running design reviews, mentoring through code review
• ▹Build highly reliable, secure distributed backend services with SLOs and observability
• ▹Partner across EAA, Product Engineering, and Security Engineering to deliver shared platform primitives

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of software engineering experience architecting large-scale, high-traffic distributed systems
• ▹Deep proficiency in backend service design, API development (gRPC, MCP, GraphQL), and microservices
• ▹Proven ability to independently lead ambiguous, high-impact technical initiatives
• ▹Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Kafka
• ▹Experience building or integrating agentic AI systems (MCP servers, LLM orchestration, RAG, HITL)

Nice to have

• ▹Willingness to work across Python alongside Go
