Responsibilities

• ▹Build end-to-end user-facing features using Golang, React, and cloud technologies
• ▹Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations
• ▹Drive cross-functional delivery of complex technical solutions with product, design, security, and data teams
• ▹Architect platform improvements delivering reusable capabilities across teams
• ▹Own reliability for Tier-1 compliance systems, anticipating issues before they reach production
• ▹Mentor engineers in full-stack design, coding best practices, and observability

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of software engineering experience with Golang and React, shipping features on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, BuildKite)
• ▹Experience with third-party vendor integrations: assessment, implementation, and ongoing management
• ▹Track record building and operating large-scale, high-traffic platforms (rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers)
• ▹Proficiency in event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ), SQL/NoSQL databases, service communication patterns (gRPC, GraphQL, ETL)
• ▹Experience working across distributed teams and time zones, communicating complex concepts clearly
