Remote Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze product performance and user behavior across casino and sportsbook verticals
• ▹Define, track, and optimize key product KPIs (retention, conversion, ARPU, LTV, churn)
• ▹Build dashboards and reports for Product, Marketing, and Operations
• ▹Conduct deep-dive analyses on player journeys, game performance, bonuses, and promotional campaigns
• ▹Evaluate feature impact, A/B tests, and new releases with Product Managers
• ▹Identify bottlenecks in the customer funnel and propose improvements
• ▹Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Analysts on data accuracy and availability
• ▹Translate data insights into business recommendations
• ▹Support segmentation and personalization strategies
• ▹Monitor competitor trends and industry benchmarks in iGaming

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience as a Product Analyst / Data Analyst, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or high-traffic digital products
• ▹Strong SQL skills, experience with large datasets
• ▹Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or similar)
• ▹Solid understanding of product metrics, user behavior analysis, and A/B testing
• ▹Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving, attention to detail
• ▹Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with event-based analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
• ▹Understanding of casino/sportsbook mechanics, player lifecycle, and monetization models
• ▹Experience in Python or statistical tools
