Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the company's data strategy in alignment with business objectives and client goals
• ▹Work closely with clients to define success metrics and design actionable KPIs
• ▹Design and implement efficient data flows, pipelines, and architectures for BI and reporting
• ▹Build and manage dashboards supporting executive-level decision-making
• ▹Translate complex data insights into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tech, marketing, and sales
• ▹Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting, and automation

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience designing and implementing dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar)
• ▹Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and modern data stacks
• ▹Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and SQL proficiency
• ▹Ability to design scalable data architectures and optimize performance
• ▹Demonstrated ability to set up data tracking and analytics for digital transformation
• ▹Excellent spoken and written English for working with international clients
• ▹Strong consulting mindset, turning business goals into data solutions
• ▹Comfortable leading discovery sessions and presenting insights to clients
• ▹Clear, structured communication of data concepts to non-technical audiences
