Director of Product, Lab

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain a prioritized Lab portfolio with hypotheses, expected upside, effort, dependencies and status
• ▹Define the riskiest assumptions for each bet and design experiments with clear kill criteria
• ▹Run fast experiments such as spikes, prototypes, wizard-of-oz tests and pilots
• ▹Partner with engineering and design to deliver and instrument pilots
• ▹Turn outcomes into Scale, Iterate, Pivot or Kill decisions
• ▹Create decision logs and learning summaries to keep leadership and GTM aligned
• ▹Identify GTM dependencies early and coordinate cross-functionally
• ▹Prepare handoff packages when a bet is ready to scale

Requirements

• ▹Senior individual contributor product management experience
• ▹Comfortable driving discovery and experimentation under ambiguity
• ▹Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams
• ▹Hypothesis-driven experimentation skills with clear kill criteria
