Senior AI Infrastructure & Platform Operations Engineer (remote in the EU)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead investigation and resolution of complex infrastructure, networking, and platform incidents
• ▹Act as senior escalation point during critical service-impacting events
• ▹Support large-scale NVIDIA GPU infrastructure and high-performance networking environments
• ▹Troubleshoot complex Linux, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and hardware issues
• ▹Analyze platform performance, capacity, and reliability trends
• ▹Lead root cause analysis and drive long-term corrective actions
• ▹Provide technical leadership for Kubernetes platform operations
• ▹Identify opportunities to automate operational activities
• ▹Mentor engineers and share technical knowledge through documentation and training

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or site reliability operations
• ▹Expert-level Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• ▹Strong networking expertise, diagnosing complex performance and connectivity issues
• ▹Strong experience operating Kubernetes in production environments
• ▹Experience supporting large-scale distributed production infrastructure
