Test Project Leader

Responsibilities

• ▹Responsible for the planning and execution of all test activities (functional and non-functional) and related high-level oversight and reporting
• ▹Ensure all Quality Management processes are set up, maintained and adhere to high-quality standards
• ▹Maintain all documentation and information related to quality management
• ▹Participate in requirement analysis to devise an effective test strategy
• ▹Validate Test Summary Reports and testing evidence, provide expert comments, and accept or reject deliverables
• ▹Define and plan end-user testing strategy
• ▹Organise stakeholder support for quality assurance matters

Requirements

• ▹University degree in IT, with at least 12 years of relevant professional experience managing large-scale testing projects
• ▹Relevant experience using Test Management tools
• ▹Excellent knowledge of the testing lifecycle and the landscape of test automation and management tools
• ▹Excellent knowledge of testing standards and methodologies
• ▹Good project and contract management knowledge
• ▹Ability to chair meetings, give presentations, and apply high-quality standards
• ▹Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies
• ▹Capacity for writing documents
• ▹Excellent command of English
