CIAM Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Work in multidisciplinary, customer-facing project teams with architects, project managers and fellow consultants
• ▹Sign off on best-of-breed CIAM solutions for corporate clients
• ▹Help customers get the most out of the platform
• ▹Take a holistic approach, since CIAM solutions span a wide spectrum of systems/end-users in complex architectures
• ▹Liaise with client-side architects/developers and business users on CIAM end-user needs
• ▹Liaise with external vendors, such as engineers building customer portals
• ▹Bring UX/UI insight alongside flow, integration and other technical topics

Requirements

• ▹Proven track record in CIAM (IAM experience alone is also acceptable)
• ▹Familiarity with networking (firewalls, TCP/IP, OSI, WAF, etc.)
• ▹Knowledge or good to know: APIs – XML/JSON/REST/SOAP, ESB/CRM/OMS, ArchiMate, use-cases and sequence diagrams
• ▹Knowledge or good to know: containerisation – Docker or Kubernetes
• ▹Knowledge or good to know: Java/Python/JavaScript/HTML, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud platforms
• ▹Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
• ▹Confidence to lead fruitful discussions with client-side counterparts, including leadership
• ▹Track record of translating use cases into workable stories
