Responsibilities

• ▹Own and continuously refine the product backlog, ensuring items are clear, prioritized and ready for development
• ▹Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria
• ▹Proactively identify risks, dependencies and opportunities to keep delivery on track
• ▹Investigate business requests, analyze player behavior and product performance, identify UX improvement opportunities
• ▹Validate requirements, challenge assumptions and recommend the best solutions before development begins
• ▹Independently investigate product issues, evaluate trade-offs and propose informed recommendations
• ▹Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, Design and business stakeholders
• ▹Gather and clarify requirements to reduce ambiguity and ensure smooth execution
• ▹Work with QA teams to ensure delivered features meet business requirements and quality standards

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of experience in Product roles within the iGaming industry
• ▹Solid experience working with Agile development teams
• ▹Naturally curious, enjoys digging into problems to understand the why
• ▹Ability to turn ideas and business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and development tickets
• ▹Confident communicator, proactive in starting conversations
• ▹Ownership mindset, doesn't wait to be told what to do
• ▹Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar
