Frontend Engineer (React, Remote, Europe)

Responsibilities

• ▹Work directly on the product with visible impact on user experience
• ▹Combine complex technical requirements with performance, usability and high UI quality
• ▹Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers and product teams in a cross-functional setup
• ▹Participate in regular Frontend Guild and Design System Guild meetings
• ▹Take part in UI Alignment Tuesdays to keep the interface consistent across the product
• ▹Take part in Stability Tuesdays, dedicated to reducing technical debt and improving reliability

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience with JavaScript
• ▹5+ years of hands-on experience building front-end applications with React
• ▹Strong product mindset, caring about user impact
• ▹High level of autonomy, owning problems end to end and making decisions
• ▹Proactive approach, identifying opportunities and taking action
• ▹Strong problem-solving skills
• ▹Fluent English, clear verbal and written communication

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with testing tools such as Jest or Playwright
• ▹Experience working with design systems and accessibility standards
• ▹Interest in DevOps or infrastructure-related topics
