DevOps Engineer Senior (Fixed-Term Contract)

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, scan, deploy, and release automation
• ▹Maintain DevOps tooling, source control workflows, repositories, and registries
• ▹Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and environment management using IaC
• ▹Deploy and operate containerized applications on Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar platforms
• ▹Maintain Helm charts, manifests, and environment-specific configurations
• ▹Support cloud, private cloud, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments
• ▹Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application and platform reliability, scalability, and availability
• ▹Drive cloud cost optimization through rightsizing, tagging, scaling, and cleanup
• ▹Apply best practices for access control, secrets, and vulnerability scanning
• ▹Execute platform maintenance: patching, upgrades, configuration changes, backup and recovery support
• ▹Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams
• ▹Mentor and coach junior DevOps engineers

Requirements

• ▹Experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or Infrastructure Automation Engineer
• ▹Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• ▹Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Ansible, and automation scripting
• ▹Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Podman, and Helm
• ▹Experience with Azure or multi-cloud environments, including cloud cost optimization
• ▹Proficiency in Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and release management
• ▹Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• ▹Solid understanding of Linux administration, networking, storage, and databases
• ▹Knowledge of secrets management, access control, and vulnerability scanning
• ▹Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages
• ▹Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• ▹Fluent English
