GRC Controls Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive improvements and standardization of existing processes, develop new efficient solutions
• ▹Design, develop and implement controls focused on compliance and automation
• ▹Provide compliance guidance on new product features, deviations and infrastructure changes
• ▹Participate in cloud and application security strategic planning and execution
• ▹Assess the current environment, evaluate trends, anticipate future enhancements
• ▹Assess security and compliance posture, guide product implementation into production
• ▹Work across multiple frameworks and regulatory standards (e.g. ISO, PCI, NIST, AICPA SOC)
• ▹Support audits by maintaining accurate process documentation
• ▹Communicate gaps to management, coordinate cross-functional remediation meetings
• ▹Monitor, identify and follow up on compliance issues

Requirements

• ▹Awareness of regulatory standards (e.g. ISO, PCI, NIST, AICPA SOC)
• ▹Ability to bridge compliance requirements, technical infrastructure and engineering workflows
• ▹Experience building a scalable, efficient automation program and process
