Senior Data Analyst – Growth

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and monitor data models and dashboards to track business metrics
• ▹Work with cross-functional teams to identify key business needs and solve them using adequate statistical models
• ▹Thoroughly document results and offer onboarding and continuous training so teams can use data and insights effectively
• ▹Establish data quality processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of machine learning models
• ▹Promote data literacy within the organization and serve as the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries and support
• ▹Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced scale-up environment
• ▹Work closely with the central data team to source additional data and enhance data management practices

Requirements

• ▹At least 4 years of experience in data analysis
• ▹Proficient with SQL and/or Python, with proven experience working with large and complex data sets
• ▹Autonomous person with a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• ▹Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
• ▹Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• ▹Experience building dashboards with Tableau

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in the gaming industry or mobile marketing
• ▹Any personal or professional experience with machine learning
