Responsibilities

▹Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy
▹Own technical engagement and help close high-velocity, high-value opportunities
▹Deliver product and technical presentations to customers
▹Proactively feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering teams
▹Contribute to documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base content

Requirements

▹Ideally located in the Greater NYC or Boston Area
▹5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with open source or metrics/monitoring technologies
▹Comfortable with the varied, fast-changing duties of a startup environment
▹Experience collaborating with a remote-first, international team
▹Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice to have

▹Coding bootcamp graduates or candidates with post-sales/engineering backgrounds welcome
▹Technical mindset with a desire to grow further
