Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead AI-enabled website transformation into an agent-ready, LLM-optimized platform
• ▹Own the web platform's stability, security, and performance
• ▹Define standards for reliability, incident handling, and security hygiene
• ▹Drive roadmap reviews, stakeholder updates, and delivery accountability
• ▹Partner with marketing, product, and engineering to improve user journeys
• ▹Scale self-serve web operations through CMS models and governance
• ▹Lead, mentor, and grow the web development team

Requirements

• ▹Strong point of view on how AI changes web strategy, turned into practical systems
• ▹Strong technical judgment, able to earn trust of experienced engineers
• ▹Experience leading web engineering teams and building reliable, scalable platforms
• ▹Understanding of modern frontend engineering, CMS-driven websites, analytics, performance and security
• ▹Ability to turn ambiguous business needs into clear technical plans
• ▹Strong operational mindset for delivery improvement

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Storyblok, Vercel, Algolia, RudderStack, BigQuery, AirOps
• ▹Experience using AI to improve engineering workflows, QA, and documentation
• ▹Familiarity with AEO, GEO, SEO, structured content
• ▹Experience supporting developer, infrastructure, or observability audiences
