Senior Red Team Offensive Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Conduct comprehensive, authorized security assessments on assigned client targets to identify critical security gaps
• ▹Identify, analyze and chain complex vulnerabilities (server-side misconfigurations, advanced logic flaws, access control issues)
• ▹Provide verified, stable Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations of real-world business impact
• ▹Document assessment steps clearly and collaborate asynchronously with the internal review team for technical validation
• ▹Work independently and maintain consistent, high-quality weekly output

Requirements

• ▹Proven track record in real-world, authorized penetration testing and Red Team operations (CTF, training labs or simulated environments alone do not qualify)
• ▹Deep understanding of web application vulnerabilities, server infrastructure misconfigurations and advanced privilege escalation methodologies
• ▹Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, remote environment
• ▹High sense of operational security and strict adherence to client confidentiality
