Tech Lead (Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead technical design and implementation of software solutions
• ▹Develop and maintain back-end services using Java and Spring Boot
• ▹Contribute to front-end development using Angular
• ▹Design and optimize database structures using PostgreSQL
• ▹Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects and developers
• ▹Define technical approaches, implementation strategies and best practices
• ▹Perform code reviews and ensure code quality and security
• ▹Support API development, system integrations and microservices architecture
• ▹Contribute to CI/CD processes and release readiness
• ▹Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
• ▹Mentor developers and provide technical guidance
• ▹Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• ▹Strong experience with Java
• ▹Strong experience with Spring Boot
• ▹Experience developing applications with Angular
• ▹Experience working with PostgreSQL
• ▹Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
• ▹Experience with software architecture and technical design
• ▹Experience performing code reviews and mentoring
• ▹Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• ▹Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• ▹5+ years of software development experience
• ▹Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Developer or Senior Full Stack Developer

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• ▹Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• ▹Experience with automated testing
• ▹Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools
