Evergreen position - Development

Responsibilities

• ▹Create and implement clean, scalable code
• ▹Troubleshoot and debug problems throughout the application landscape
• ▹Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to standards
• ▹Collaborate with other departments to communicate technical decisions and requirements
• ▹Create and maintain technical documentation for developers and end-users
• ▹Ship code regularly via automated systems and CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Maintain and manage partner relationships for critical Engineering services
• ▹Work actively with partners to understand their Web3 gaming needs
• ▹Use the Beam SDK to craft solutions tailored to partner needs
• ▹Partner with Tier 1 clients to co-develop and integrate customized solutions
• ▹Align partner solutions with the overarching product strategy alongside internal teams

Requirements

• ▹1+ years of experience in a development role, preferably within a web3 gaming organization
• ▹Above-basic knowledge of the crypto industry, NFTs, and blockchain technology, including smart contracts
• ▹Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
• ▹Excellent written and spoken English
