Senior / Principal Product Manager – Search Experience (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and evolve the end-to-end search experience across all platforms
• ▹Shape search relevance and ranking strategies with data science and ML teams
• ▹Drive discovery and navigation between browsing and searching, especially for complex health-related journeys
• ▹Define and refine the measurement framework for search (query reformulation rate, zero-results rate, time to first relevant result)
• ▹Build and prioritize a high-impact roadmap balancing quick wins with long-term investments in search infrastructure, UX quality and experimentation

Requirements

• ▹Strong ownership experience in search or discovery products, understanding both ranking logic and UX layers
• ▹Deeply data-driven mindset, experienced interpreting complex metrics and running meaningful experiments
• ▹Comfortable collaborating with data science and ML teams; understands ranking signals, query understanding, semantic search
• ▹Cares about intuitive user experiences, with clear opinions on how search should behave across devices and use cases
