Senior DevSecOps Consultant

Senior DevSecOps Consultant role advising clients on cloud architectures, technologies and Dev(Sec)Ops processes across design, development and rollout.

Responsibilities

  • Consult clients within a project team on Dev(Sec)Ops topics
  • Plan, develop and integrate cloud architectures, technologies and processes
  • Support the creation of strategies, concepts and proposals around Cloud / Dev(Sec)Ops
  • Continuously develop, present and share your knowledge
  • Identify new technical trends in the cloud space

Requirements

  • Completed degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, economics or comparable vocational training
  • At least 3 years of practical experience as a Dev(Sec)Ops engineer with focus on cloud infrastructure and security
  • Solid knowledge of multiple cloud technologies such as Kubernetes and OpenShift
  • Experience with Configuration and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Ansible, CDK, Terraform)
  • Experience with monitoring and operations tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic
  • Familiarity with common CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins)
  • Experience with private or public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, IONOS, OCI, OVH, STACKIT)
  • Good German and English skills (at least B2 level)

Nice to have

  • Consulting experience in requirements management, tenders and project steering
  • Experience in regulated industries such as automotive, banking, public sector or industry
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (Go, Java, JavaScript, Python, Bash)
  • Experience with microservices, serverless architectures and technologies (REST APIs, Knative, streaming)
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance requirements or IT data protection
  • Certifications in cloud technologies, platforms and tools
