Freelance Consultant (m/w/d) – Reorganization, Realignment and Restructuring

Responsibilities

• ▹Working independently but as part of a team on reorganization, realignment and restructuring projects
• ▹Analyzing organizational and process structures, deriving viable courses of action
• ▹Conceiving and implementing structural and process changes
• ▹Developing and applying suitable governance models
• ▹Defining KPIs
• ▹Designing change architectures in the context of structural change
• ▹Conceiving and moderating workshops with specialists and management
• ▹Taking responsibility for clearly defined project modules – from analysis to results
• ▹Stakeholder management at all hierarchy levels

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in management consulting, with high social competence and subject-matter expertise (not just process facilitation) in several of the following areas
• ▹Strategic realignment based on company situation, market development and strategy
• ▹Rightsizing and organizational efficiency improvement
• ▹Cost optimization and control
• ▹Organizational design for business units or entire organizations
• ▹Governance structures and models
• ▹Sensible use of AI tools where they deliver real added value
