Responsibilities

• ▹Create video content: screencasts, product walkthroughs and video demos that show SuperPlane in action
• ▹Build working use cases and turn them into technical content: blog posts, tutorials and guides – explore the product, develop a real workflow, write it up, then turn it into video
• ▹Be SuperPlane's voice in the community: welcome new users and answer questions on Discord, Reddit, Hacker News and relevant DevOps Slack groups, and surface interesting discussions
• ▹Occasionally represent SuperPlane at conferences or meetups

Requirements

• ▹A DevOps or platform engineering background: managed deployments, written CI pipelines, used tools like Terraform or Kubernetes
• ▹Can write working code – tutorials include real, runnable examples
• ▹Can spin up a staging environment, write a Lambda function, or put together a working pipeline without needing an engineer to pair with
• ▹Deep product intuition, thinking in workflows and use cases rather than feature lists
• ▹Curious and self-directed, finding the next interesting topic on your own
• ▹Can produce video content solo, without a production team
• ▹Uses AI tools daily (coding agents, LLMs for drafting and review)
• ▹Comfortable working async in a distributed team
