Responsibilities

• ▹Act as a Business Logic Architect: partner with the CEO Office and Customer Operations leaders across the US and DACH markets, extracting business rules into standardized metrics and documentation
• ▹Own source-of-truth products: design, build, and maintain foundational dashboards in Metabase
• ▹Fuel AI-driven analytics: enrich the semantic context and reliability of GotPhoto's in-house AI analytics agent
• ▹Raise the BI chapter bar: mentor peer analysts, champion analytical rigor, turn ad-hoc requests into scalable self-serve models
• ▹Bridge the data ecosystem: translate business logic into structural requirements for the Snowflake data platform team

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, with significant time in B2B SaaS, transactional e-commerce, or global marketplaces
• ▹Proven experience working directly alongside senior leadership or C-level stakeholders
