Senior SAP Consultant (PDM/PLM Module)

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure KTBR (Keep the Business Running) and operational excellence for in-charge SAP module(s)
• ▹Ensure effective troubleshooting to resume normal operation ASAP and within SLA
• ▹Perform quality service covering service request fulfillment, technical consultancy, incident & problem management, change management, CIP, IT compliance, emergency concepts and customer satisfaction
• ▹Participate in SAP projects: roll out central projects for in-charge SAP modules (upgrade, integration, transfer, removal of processes, data migration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, documentation, user training)
• ▹Ensure quality project deliveries in terms of scope of work, schedule and resource allocation
• ▹Continuously review operations and partner closely with stakeholders for improvement opportunities (cost reduction, efficiency, automation)
• ▹Develop and implement CIP (Continuous Improvement) solutions for standardization and optimization
• ▹Validate and support Process Improvement Activities (PIA)
• ▹Perform quality knowledge transfer towards end users, key users and other stakeholders
• ▹Continuously develop knowledge in responsible areas

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or Economics
• ▹3-5 years of experience in SAP PDM/PLM (Product Data Management / Product Lifecycle Management)
• ▹Experience in SAP R/3 is a must
• ▹Profound knowledge of PDM processes on the SAP R/3 system

Nice to have

• ▹3-5 years of experience in SAP Product Planning, Sample to Customer, Warehouse Management or Logistics Planning is a strong plus
• ▹Good competence in Engineering Change Management within ECMfuture is a plus
• ▹Experience in rolling out or implementing a full-cycle SAP project is preferred
