Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and coordinate the implementation of fiscal solutions during SAP S/4HANA rollouts
• ▹Facilitate communication and collaboration among international teams, conducting discovery sessions
• ▹Perform fit-gap analyses to identify gaps between existing business processes and standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions
• ▹Collaborate with the tax department and business stakeholders to ensure their needs are met in the new system
• ▹Guide and support the local implementation team throughout the SAP S/4HANA Tax implementation journey
• ▹Follow standard methodology using tools such as Track&Release and Docupedia to monitor actions and manage workload
• ▹Manage and oversee all stages of the fiscal implementation project, including deliverables, scope alignment, fiscal testing, and stakeholder communication

Requirements

• ▹Completed higher education in Business Administration, Accounting or Law
• ▹Mandatory advanced English
• ▹Solid background in tax regulations and compliance, SAP systems R/3 and S/4 (operations or process implementations)
• ▹Ability to design, configure, and implement solutions within SAP
• ▹Excellent communication skills, including presenting ideas and projects to senior management
• ▹Ability to perform risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies
• ▹Experience interfacing with other areas of the company, negotiating with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders
• ▹Flexibility and adaptability to deal with changes in the market and project requirements
