Responsibilities

• ▹Support SAP S/4HANA rollout project activities within warehouse operations
• ▹Perform system testing in both testing and productive environments to ensure functionality and stability
• ▹Create and maintain work instruction documents for warehouse processes under the new system
• ▹Register new work instructions in the system
• ▹Provide training and guidance to end users to ensure proper system understanding and usage
• ▹Support process stabilization after go-live to ensure smooth transition and operational continuity
• ▹Other assignments as delegated by the manager and project manager

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field
• ▹1-3 years of working experience in logistics warehouse; fresh graduates are also welcome
• ▹Good communication skills in English, both reading and writing
• ▹Ability to create clear work instruction documents and training materials
• ▹Strong communication and coordination skills
• ▹Knowledge or experience in SAP systems
• ▹Able to work under project timeline and pressure
• ▹Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
• ▹Willingness to take on additional responsibilities or special assignments

About the company
