Responsibilities

• ▹Lead end-to-end S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
• ▹Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose innovative, best-practice solutions aligned with business requirements
• ▹Act as the primary functional expert for S/4HANA processes within your domain (Finance, Supply Chain, or Services)
• ▹Collaborate closely with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, Integration) to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery
• ▹Facilitate workshops, user training, and change management initiatives to support successful system adoption
• ▹Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
• ▹Stay current with SAP roadmap developments, updates, and industry trends
• ▹Mentor and guide junior consultants within the SAP practice

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation
• ▹Strong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori apps, and integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems
• ▹Expertise in one or more functional areas: Service Management (CS/SM/PM, Field Service, Customer Service), Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM), Finance (FI/CO, optional)
• ▹Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and configurations
• ▹Experience with Activate methodology and agile delivery practices

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with SAP Cloud solutions (BTP, RAPM, PROAXIA, etc.)
• ▹Familiarity with integration technologies (CPI, PI/PO, API Management)
• ▹Hands-on Fiori and analytics exposure
• ▹SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA or related module
