Responsibilities

• ▹Drive productivity, reduce rework and rejection using Lean Tools
• ▹Ensure adherence to workplace safety, quality norms and process controls
• ▹Conduct Time and Motion Study and cycle-time analysis
• ▹Implement PFMEA, Control Plan and Risk Mitigation Actions
• ▹Improve layout, material flow, machine utilization, and ergonomics
• ▹Ensure first time right execution based on approved drawings and BOM
• ▹Ensure compliance to ISO and involvement in QHSE activities, including internal and external audits
• ▹Prepare daily/weekly production plans based on project timelines and routing time
• ▹Allocate manpower and resources to meet production targets
• ▹Involvement in BPS activities, coordinating and driving RPP projects

Requirements

• ▹B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 3-6 years of experience
