Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, documenting developmental tests in accordance with standards and internal requirements
• ▹Design, document and support the implementation of functional test procedures optimized for mass production
• ▹Draft and maintain technical product documentation
• ▹Collaborate actively in cross-functional design reviews and FMEA sessions
• ▹Drive quality improvements and optimizations across the existing heat pump product range and lead cost-reduction initiatives
• ▹Create innovative functionalities by leveraging advanced refrigeration and hydraulic components

Requirements

• ▹Master's or PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering or a closely related technical discipline (or equivalent practical/professional experience)
• ▹Proven hands-on experience in setting up, conducting and evaluating complex developmental tests
• ▹Deep expertise in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and refrigeration principles
• ▹Solid knowledge of specification, calculation, design and testing of refrigeration and hydraulic components/systems
• ▹Familiarity with European safety and performance standards for refrigerating systems and heat pumps (highly preferred)
• ▹Fluency in English (written and spoken)
