Structural Simulation Engineer (ME)

Responsibilities

• ▹Responsible for structural simulation activities for automotive electronic products, including vibration fatigue, thermo-mechanical, and related static simulation analysis
• ▹Analyze load paths and cause-effect relationships via simulation, assessing risks for product reliability design or problem solving
• ▹Collaborate with global experts on simulation competence development and simulation tasks
• ▹Develop new simulation competences based on project requirements; take responsibility for standardization and automation of simulation methods
• ▹Provide internal simulation skills training and case sharing for the team and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Solid Mechanics, Vehicle Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields
• ▹Structural simulation work experience (automotive electronics preferred)
• ▹Proficient in at least one simulation tool (Ansys/Abaqus, or similar)
• ▹Familiar with testing procedures for vibration, modal, and material constitutive models
• ▹Solid knowledge of fatigue analysis theory, mechanics of materials theory, and finite element fundamentals
• ▹Programming capability in Matlab/Python
• ▹Good communication skills in English
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid engineering judgment
