Responsibilities

• ▹Administer and maintain SAP systems (mainly on-premise)
• ▹Manage installations, updates and patches of SAP environments
• ▹Monitor system performance and availability
• ▹Participate in incident resolution and continuous process improvement
• ▹Collaborate with project teams on SAP integrations and migrations
• ▹Contribute to technical documentation and best practices

Requirements

• ▹Knowledge of SAP BC (Basis Components)
• ▹Experience administering SAP on-premise systems
• ▹Proven or senior-level experience in SAP administration
• ▹Ability to work in a team and interact with varied (technical and business) stakeholders
• ▹Rigor, autonomy and customer service orientation
• ▹Fluent English

Nice to have

• ▹Administration of SAP Cloud / RISE & Hyperscaler systems
• ▹SAP roles and authorizations management
• ▹Experience at an IT services company (ESN / SSII)
• ▹Participation in SAP projects (migration, upgrade, integration)
